1. LYING CHEST FLY
Follow the following steps:
1. Make your body straight while lying down on a clean and plain ground. Also, raise your legs and make your knee as shown in the picture.
2. Now, some weight on your hands and while making your elbows a little bend, move your hands from sidewards to upwards.
3. Repeat it for at least 20 times.
2. PULL-UPS AND CHIN UPS
Pull ups and Chin ups will help you to reduce armpit fat. If you want a good posture then pull ups and chin ups will do this.
Lie calm and lift the chest rod then bring it back to the position. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
4. STANDING REVERSE FLY
Stand while making your body slightly bent. Now, hold weights on both of your hands and bring weights to your side. Again reset your position. Repeat the whole procedure for at least 15 times.
5. PULLING WEIGHTS
Just stay on the ground and make yourself calm. After that lift your chest along with your hands. Then put your chest and hands again down. Repeat the whole procedure.
All these will help you to reduce your armpit fat for sure.
