So instead of taking a hot shower you can have a normal warm water shower in winters when the temperature is going down.

2. Try tho stay hydrated

We usually drink a lot of water or juice in summer but what do we do in winters. In summers the water intake increases. Do you know? In winters there is much drier wind that which evaporates the water from you body easily. We all see that our water intake reduces in winter but is it correct? It also you don’t feel thirsty you should drink an ample of water in winters so that your body remains hydrated.

3. Exercise

Do you love your skin? Exercise is one of the most important things you should do in winter. Get up early in the morning go for running or jogging. You can do yoga, aerobics, or anything you like. But do something so that you can exercise your body. When you exercise your heart pumps more blood in the organs, which keeps you skin healthy. In winters the sweat glands constraints your body to keep your skin healthy and glowing. When you go for exercise your body sweats which cleans all you pore and clean all the impurities on your skin. I know it is very hard leaving your warmth giving blanket on a winter morning but if you love to have glowing skin and look beautiful this is you can do for that.

4. Take care that you take a proper diet

Taking a proper diet in winter is also very important in winters. Some fruits and veggies which helps your skin glow. You would have heard many of the skin doctor saying that eat a lot of citrus fruits and vegetable it will make your skin healthy. In winters when the skin becomes dry very fast you can have some veggies and fruits in your diet which includes vitamins and antioxidants. You cannot drink water to keep your body hydrated so this is one option you can take instead of it. Which will keep your body hydrated. It can me a bowl of veggies, fruits or a glass of fresh vegetable or fruit juice which you like.

5. Daily skin care routine should be followed

We all have our own skin routine which we follow every day. It starts with the morning goes on whole day and ends when we go to bed. And it is very important to have a skin care routine if you love your skin. You can use any products or natural ingredients. It will keep your skin healthy and glowing. And will keep all the winter skin problems away.

6. Limit Caffeine

We usually like to have a cup of hot coffee like Cappuccino, macchiato, latte and many more. But is it healthy to consume it off limit. Study has proved that consuming more amount of caffeine can dehydrate you skin which makes you skin dry.

7.Take sunglasses wherever you go

Sunglasses are a very important thing you should always carry when you go out anywhere. It is mandatory in all the seasons. In winters specially, the snow region where the snowfall is very high. When there is sun and snowfall it can cause dark circle near your eyes and fine lines. It you don’t want your eyes to look bad the best option is that you can carry your sunglasses with you.
