Ways to remove dead skin at home:

1. Brown sugar

You will need

  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • One tsp of almond oil or coconut oil

What you have to do

  • Mix the oil and sugar well.
  • Apply it to your face and scrub in the circular motion for a few minutes.
  • Leave it for 5 minutes more and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.

How often

Once or twice a week

 

2. Baking soda

You will need

  • 1 tbsp of baking soda
  • One capsule of vitamin-e
  • water

What you have to do

  • Break the capsule and add the extent of it to baking soda.
  • Add a little water to it and make a smooth paste.
  • Apply it on your face and rub it in the circular motion for few minutes.
  • Then wash it off with water.

3. Sugar and honey

You will need

  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • One tsp of raw honey

What you have to do

  • Mix both the ingredients well.

4. Epsom salt

You will need

  • 1 cup of Epsom salt
  • 1 cup of coconut oil
  • 10-12 drops of lavender oil

  • Mix the salt and coconut oil.
  • Put it in an airtight container.
  • Use this to scrub your body for 2-3 minutes.
  • And then rinse it off with water.

5. Apple cider vinegar

  • One tsp of apple cider vinegar
  • One tsp water
  • Cotton ball

  • Mix the vinegar with water and dip a cotton ball in the solution.

  • Pumice stone
