4. Stretch Those Limbs

Another best way to start a day healthily is to take a moment to ground your thoughts by stretching. Performing this activity after a hot shower is optimal.

After 6 to 8 hours of no physical activity, it becomes essential for the body to perform some exercises such as pushups, jumping jacks, and sit-ups.
