2. Shifting your weight on one leg
While standing, most of us prefer to stand on one leg. For example, we usually see the people around us standing in the queue of supermarkets or waiting for the bus at the bus stop prefers to stand on one leg. It can cause pain in your lower back and the muscles of the buttock. Instead, you must try to strengthen your back muscles.
3. Hunched position
