To try this out, mix two drops of rosemary in two tablespoons of suitable base oil. Apply it to your hair and massage. Leave it on for half an hour and then wash it using a mild base shampoo. An alternate method is to rinse your hair with rosemary based water. Soak three rosemary springs in hot water. Allow the water to cool down and reach the room temperature. Repeat this several times a week for better results.
3. CASTOR OIL
Castor oil is a naturally extracted oil which contains Omega-9 fatty acids and Vitamin E which are fantastic for hair. Apart from moisturizing your hair it also increases the volume. Take castor oil in a bowl and mix equal amount of base oil to it. This improves the consistency and thereby increases the benefit of base oil. Massage your hair for 30-35 minutes with the oil. Wash thoroughly.
Eggs are an example of complete nutrition. They are an excellent source of proteins. Eggs are beneficial for both the body and hair. It replenishes the hair in just 1-2 use. To apply egg, mix two egg yolks in two tablespoons of olive oil. Apply it to your scalp for about 40 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water.
5. INDIAN GOOSEBERRY
Mixing coconut oil with gooseberry creates a mixture perfect for resolving hair fall. It promotes hair growth. Heat some coconut oil in a pan, cook some dried gooseberry pieces in the same oil until they are charred. Let the oil cool for some while and then apply it to your scalp while massaging gently. Keep it on for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with a mild shampoo. Repeat the procedure weekly for best results.
6. LEMON JUICE
Vitamin C is an essential vitamin for hair growth; lemon is rich in Vitamin C. Applying lemon juice to your hair with promoting hair growth, resulting in fuller hair. It adds shine to your hair too. Mix two tablespoons of lemon juice to coconut oil. Apply this to your hair repeatedly for few days.
7. BEETROOT JUICE
Beetroot is a rich source of proteins, carotenoids, Vitamin B and C, calcium, etc. This is one of the best natural product for your hair. To take beetroot juice, try it with many other liquids. Try blending it with cucumber juice.
Take it regularly for a month for best results.
Fenugreek or Methi is protein-rich hence good for hair growth. Lecithin, which also moisturizes your hair is present. For usage, soap some fenugreek in water overnight. Grind it into a paste later on. Apply coconut oil to your hair followed by this paste. Leave it on for about an hour and then wash it using a mild shampoo. Repeat three times a week.
9. FISH OIL
Fish oil is rich in omega-3fatty acids, making it a proper remedy for hair growth. Take fish oil supplements for several days a week and see the difference in your hair.
10. COCONUT OIL
As mentioned in the above remedies, coconut oil is a great wonder to reduce hair fall and improve hair growth. Its benefit can be taken in two ways. Either grab a glass of fresh coconut milk daily or apply coconut oil to the scalp. Both the methods provide the equal benefits.
